Can I Get a Small Sample?
Yes, we are more than happy to supply a free sample of our products to ensure your satisfaction before making a larger purchase. Please note, while the sample itself is free, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. This policy helps us to maintain fairness and efficiency in our sampling process.
Starting Orders and Making Payments
To initiate an order, we will provide you with a Proforma Invoice once the order details are confirmed. This invoice will include our bank information for your convenience. Payments can be made via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, or through Trade Assurance for secure transactions. We ensure a streamlined payment process for all our customers, facilitating a smooth transition from order placement to processing.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For those looking to test our products before committing to a larger volume, our MOQ stands at 1kg for trial orders. This allows you the flexibility to evaluate our product quality without a significant initial investment. For regular orders, our MOQ is set at 1 ton of chlorine tablets, catering to both small-scale and large-scale requirements with ease.
Packaging Details
We offer a standard packing configuration of 25kg per bag, carton, or drum. This packaging is designed to ensure the safety and integrity of our products during transit. Furthermore, we are open to accommodating special packaging requirements as per your needs. Simply discuss your specific packing preferences with us, and we will strive to meet them.
Delivery Lead Time
Our commitment to efficiency is reflected in our swift delivery times. For LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, you can expect a delivery lead time of about 3-5 working days following the receipt of your payment. For FCL (Full Container Load) orders, the delivery lead time is approximately 7-15 days after the deposit is made. We work diligently to minimize any delays and ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.
